Betel Tassew
Founder and CEO

Over 25 years of experience in strategic human resources management including leadership development in three UN and non-governmental organisations. She has diverse work experience at global, regional and country level- Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, Far East, Latin America, North America (New York) and Europe (Vienna).


She has been executive coach for leaders and managers; she has advised leaders/ managers on designing and implementing strengths based HR strategies. Led several change management projects to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of organizations performance. She has designed and facilitated strategic leadership retreats. She has managed human resources scale-up for complex global humanitarian crisis.
She is certified executive coach; team coach and career coach.

Corinne Brenner
Communications Manager and Editor

Corinne Brenner retired from the United Nations in 2013 after 30 years of service. Working as Executive Officer and Special Assistant in several organizations (UNCTAD, WHO, UNAIDS, UNDP and UNICEF), her main responsibilities included high-level report writing, coordination of large-scale events, and office management.

 

Since retiring, Corinne has consulted with UNICEF to write the annual reports of the Global Human Resources in Emergencies Network Meetings in Thailand and Jordan. She managed a major UNAIDS event at The New York Public Library, involving the participation of over 80 mayors from cities worldwide; and she developed the report of the Oak Foundation’s Global Retreat in Geneva. She is currently a Resume Writer at the Center for Employment Opportunities, a non-profit organization that provides services to young adults newly released from New York State prisons.

Indira J Parikh

Prof. Indira J. Parikh is the President of Antardisha (Directions from Within). Antardishais a private entity creating a space for individuals, collectivities, organizations and institutions to have a dialogue to discover themselves, to review their past, to reflect on the present ‘Here and Now’ and renew themselves for the future. Prof. Parikh is the Founder President of FLAME University, Pune until 2015. She has been involved in creating the academic vision of holistic and Liberal Education and shaping FLAME. She has also conceptualized the models of management development programs anchored in thresholds of Life, Life Space and Work Space, and Life Roles and Identity. Her focus is on transformation and lifelong learning, development and growth.She is the founder member of Sumedhas Academy of Human Context. She is also the founder of AURONYA College at Puducherry.

Prof. Parikh has done M.Ed from University of Rochester, New York USA and the Doctorate from Gujarat University. She was a faculty at IIM-Ahmedabad for over 30 years and Dean from 2002 to 2005. She has taught at INSEAD, Fontainebleau (France) and Texas A&M University. She has specialized in organization development and design, and institution building. She has been a consultant and conducted diagnostic studies for organizations. She has designed and conducted leadership and institution building programs in public sector, private sector and multinational organizations. Professor Parikh is on several boards of companies as an independent director.

Prof. Parikh has been honored with several life time achievement awards both nationally and internationally for her contribution in Education, HR and for Women. She has written numerous articles published in National & International Journals and is the co-author/ author of several books. Her lifelong journey has been in education and transformation of women, men and youth to grow into fine human beings.
